STALL TYPES AVAILABLE

 

Prospect Based Food and Beverage Business $385

Food or beverage traders that operate within City of Prospect Council area.
A trader site fee (3mx3m) is $385
Set up your own branded marquee or we can arrange a (non-branded) 3mx3m marquee for you at no extra cost. Purchase includes:

• 1 x 3mx3m site

• 1 x light

• 1 x power source (10 AMPs)

• 2 x trestles

• 2 x chairs

You may wish to purchase two of these products and receive a larger 6mx3m site (and double power, light & furniture).
Please note: NO THREE PHASE power permitted.

Non Prospect Based Business $860

External businesses that operate outside City of Prospect Council area.
A trader site fee (3mx3m) is $860

• 1 x 3mx3m site

• 1 x light

• 1 x power source (10 AMPs)

• 2 x trestles

• 2 x chairs

Market or Charity Stall (3x3 marquee supplied) $155

External businesses that operate outside City of Prospect Council area.
A trader site fee (3mx3m) is $155
Set up your own branded marquee or we can arrange a (non-branded) 3mx3m marquee for you at no extra cost. Purchase includes:

• 1 x 3mx3m site

• 1 x 3x3m marquee

• 1 x light

• 1 x power source (10 AMPs)

• 2 x trestles

• 2 x chairs

Charity or Service Club (site only) $10

Non-food or beverage stall operating in a charitable capacity.
A charity stall fee (3mx3m) is $10 and includes:

• 1 x 3mx3m site

• 2 x trestles

• 2 x chairs

• 1 x light

• 1 x power source (10 AMPs)

You wish to purchase as second site to receive a larger 6mx3m site (and double power, light & furniture), however to do this you will need to purchase an additional Market or Charity Stall for $155.
Please note: NO THREE PHASE power permitted.

ADDITIONAL STALL FEES

 Liquor Licence $85 

If you are planning to sell alcohol on your stall or in your premise on the night of the street party, it is COMPULSORY to submit an application (even if you have an existing licence). Traders who have not completed an application and submitted to the City of Prospect prior to Sunday 17 November 2019, will NOT BE PERMITTED to sell alcohol on the night of the street party. The City of Prospect will include all individual trader applications in a joint submission to the Commissioner for Liquor Licensing and provide all participating traders with a copy of the liquor licence for display in their stall on the night of the party.

Late Trading Notification $15 (for Prospect Road businesses only)

If you are a Prospect Road business, notification insures no marquees will be placed in front of your business and that you will be included in all marketing opportunities associated with the event. If you are planning to sell alcohol you must still complete a liquor licence application and pay the fee of $85.00.
  

Sponsor Site $0 

If you are sponsor your 2020 Tourrific Prospect Sponsorship Agreement will state your site size and any other benefits. Each 3x3 site allocation will include (unless advised otherwise) :

• 1 x 3mx3m site

• 1 x 3mx3m marquee

• 2 x trestles

• 2 x chairs

• 1 x light

• 1 x power source (10 AMPs)
