If you are a Prospect Road business, notification insures no marquees will be placed in front of your business and that you will be included in all marketing opportunities associated with the event.

If you are planning to sell alcohol you must still complete a liquor licence application and pay the fee of $85.00.

If you are sponsor notification entitles you to a free 3mx3m site as per their 2018 Tourrific Prospect Sponsorship Agreement. Your sponsorship package will be adjusted by $10. Your site will include:

1 x 3mx3m site
1 x 3mx3m marquee
2 x trestles
2 x chairs
1 x light
1 x power source (10 AMPs)
