If you are planning to sell alcohol on your stall or in your premise on the night of the street party, it is COMPULSORY to submit an application (even if you have an existing licence).

Traders who have not completed an application and submitted to the City of Prospect prior to Monday 14 November 2016, will NOT BE PERMITTED to sell alcohol on the night of the street party.

The City of Prospect will include all individual trader applications in a joint submission to the Commissioner for Liquor Licensing and provide all participating traders with a copy of the liquor licence for display in their stall on the night of the party.
